remember my mother make a big batch and within a batch it finishes off. If you
go to road side eateries in Kerala you can see a very big long banana fritters
Ingridents
Nendram pazham = 4 nos
Maida=1/2 cup
Water=according
Sugar=1tspn (if banana is too sweet not required)
Salt =according
Turmeric powder-a pinch
Oil for = fry
Methods
Peel off banana cut into two horizontally then slit into vertically
four pieces. Make the batter by mixing maida, sugar, water, salt and
turmeric.dip banana into batter and fry in oil. once done take it out and pat
dry in tissue and serve hot.
