As i have said i love cooking my cooking started during my school days before leaving for school its compulsory for mom me and my sis should work in kitchen,like packing lunch or making breakfast. in the morning after getting up its compulsory for me to have a hot cup of coffee,in my home all are coffee lovers.my mom special is filter coffee.My hubby and his family loves masala Tea"chai".After marriage i started to make  foods like baking cake pizzas muffin etc to impress my husband.There is a saying write "The way to mans heart is through his stomach"Both my mom and my mil are great cooks....something comes from the way of their cooking and get inspiration to cook like them.

Coffee powder 80-20 ratio-1/2 of filter

boiling water-1 cup
hot milk -1/2cup
sugar-1-2tspn

Boil water in kettle,heat milk in pan ,fill half of the filter with coffee powder.add some sugar into cup.when water boils add half of the cup water into filter and rest to the milk .when decaution or concoction is ready add to cup along sugar then add water milk mix well serve hotand frothy with snacks or biscuit morning and evening.
